What is ProLon?

ProLon is a 5-day diet that, through precise proportions of proteins, fats and carbohydrates, triggers a specific “autophagy” response in the body. The science behind autophagy was considered so crucial that it was awarded the 2016 Nobel Prize.




The effectiveness of ProLon stands out among diets as it has been solidly validated in multiple clinical trials. What is autophagy, and how crucial it is to our body?
